Overview

Bronvi is a product-grade booking system for service businesses that brings owner operations, staff coordination, public discovery, conversion, and post-visit quality control into one coherent product.

Challenge

The challenge was not just to add online booking, but to turn fragmented salon operations into one strong product loop: attract demand, help clients choose the right specialist, convert intent into appointments, and give the owner real control over schedule, quality, and daily execution.

Solution

I built Bronvi as a multi-surface product with separate owner and client experiences. The owner side handles bookings, analytics, moderation, and team control, while the client side turns discovery, trust, and scheduling into a clear conversion path.

Product Flow

A reusable flow map shows how users or data move through the product from entry to outcome.

Architecture / Technical Overview

This diagram stays intentionally high level and avoids exposing sensitive implementation details.

Dedicated owner frontend, dedicated client frontend, and a centralized API backend

Modular domain structure for bookings, reviews, masters, shop settings, and authentication

Queue-backed notifications and reminders for operational reliability at scale

Technical Decisions

  • • Split owner and client interfaces into separate frontends to keep each surface focused and conversion-aware
  • • Use NestJS with modular services and TypeORM-backed persistence to keep business logic structured
  • • Support scheduling, reminders, and operational messaging with PostgreSQL, Redis, and job queues

Challenges

  • • Keeping the owner interface information-dense without making it visually exhausting
  • • Balancing a quick guest booking journey with deeper account, review, and retention scenarios
  • • Maintaining one coherent product language across owner, staff, master, and client surfaces

Result

Bronvi demonstrates a full booking ecosystem rather than a single booking page: owner operations, acquisition, scheduling, moderation, and repeat-user continuity all work inside one scalable product foundation.
